Ways in which we can enhance your experience at the surgery:

Hearing Induction Loop

At our GP surgery, we are committed to making healthcare accessible to everyone, including patients with hearing difficulties. We are pleased to offer a hearing loop system to enhance communication for those who use hearing aids. The hearing loop system transmits sound directly to hearing aids or chclear implants equipped with a T-coil setting. This reduces the background noise and ensures that speech is clear and understandable.

Translation Services

We can arrange for telephone translation services, please inform us at time of booking if you require this service.

Visually Impairment

We record an alert on the medical records of patients with a visual impairment to ensure that we can assist when it comes to reading the call screen in the waiting room.

British Sign Language (BSL)

We can arrange for a BSL interpreter to attend your appointment if we are given prior notice at time of booking.

Parking

There are no parking facilities at this surgery. On-street parking is available near the surgery.

First Floor Access

We do have clinical rooms on the first floor, please let us know when you book your appointment if you are unable to use the stairs.
